Only your sources
Answers come from the pages, documents and transit agency schedules you add. Your parking rules, your shuttle times, your fares.
AI Help Desk
A help desk your campus or employer puts in front of its commuters. It answers parking, shuttle and transit questions only from your pages, your documents and your regional transit agency, and shows the source under every answer.

Answers come from the pages, documents and transit agency schedules you add. Your parking rules, your shuttle times, your fares.
Each answer names the page or document section it came from, so commuters and your staff can check it.
If your sources don't cover a question, it says so and points to what it can help with, instead of guessing.
What setup takes
Your parking and transportation pages, policy PDFs, shuttle timetables and your regional transit agency's schedules.
Parking and permits, transit passes, the shuttle, cycling, events. Turn on the ones your commuters ask about.
Once your sources are in, it goes live on your site in a day.
Privacy
Commuters ask and get an answer. The Help Desk doesn't need a name, student or employee number, or home address to answer a question.
It works from the sources you add, the same pages and documents your commuters can already see. Remove a source and it stops answering from it.
Questions are handled under the iCommute privacy policy, which sets out what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. Read the policy
One module
The AI Help Desk is one module in iCommute. Start with it alone, or run it next to the commute survey and trip logging in the same program.
